Meet Kerry Parsons PMHNP-BC
I’m not here to fix you, because I don’t believe you’re broken.
I’m here to walk beside you as you reconnect to your body’s wisdom, reclaim your nervous system, and remember the truths you’ve always carried.
With over a decade of experience in psychiatric nursing and integrative mental health, I’ve created Intertwined as a sanctuary for those who crave depth: a place where science meets soul, where sacred witnessing replaces pathology, and where we move at the pace of your body...not the demands of the world.
My work is for those who have done the work... and are ready to truly live it.
Credentials: Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, integration therapist, and founder of Intertwined, PLLC
Approach: Somatic attunement. Nervous system regulation. Psychedelic integration. Ritual, reflection, and real relationship.

For over 25 years, I've sought help to navigate the challenges of complex PTSD stemming from childhood trauma and, more recently, the many motions and faces of menopause. It wasn't until I met Kerry about 18 months ago that I found the kind of deeply connected and insightful therapy I had hoped for. Kerry has an extraordinary gift for making connections across time. She remembers details from months-old sessions and ties them into the current moment you're discussing, helping you see patterns and breakthroughs that would otherwise be missed.
Kerry guided me through some of my first ketamine-assisted therapy sessions, which was a transformative experience. During this process, I realized how exceptional and talented she is. Unlike any other therapist I've worked with, Kerry combines deep empathy with a profound understanding of how to guide clients through the most challenging aspects of healing. Her ability to connect, listen, and facilitate meaningful progress is unparalleled.
If you are looking for a therapist who will truly see you, actively listen to your words, and help you heal at a comfortable pace, I cannot recommend Kerry enough. She is a rare gem, and I am profoundly grateful to have found her. KD
