Meet Kerry Parsons PMHNP-BC
If someone takes just one thing from my work, I want them to feel deeply seen, hopeful, and gently held. I want them to feel permission to slow down, to matter, and to keep choosing themselves. I want them to leave feeling like they just received a warm hug from someone who believes in their light and is rooting for it to come back online.
Welcome Home,
Kerry
Services
Integrative Psychiatric Care
I offer integrative psychiatric care for adults seeking deeper healing, emotional clarity, and a more connected relationship with themselves.
My work blends thoughtful medication support with somatic awareness, emotional processing, and practical nervous system regulation tools. I believe medication can be helpful, especially when paired with presence, pacing, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Rather than focusing solely on diagnoses, we explore patterns, lived experience, and what your body and nervous system are communicating. Together, we work toward feeling more emotionally available, grounded, and able to respond to life rather than react to it.
I commonly support individuals navigating:
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Burnout, life transitions, and relational stress
Trauma patterns and nervous system dysregulation
Feeling disconnected from self or stuck in old cycles
Treatment-resistant symptoms or limited benefit from traditional medication approaches
Sessions are relational, reflective, and tailored to you. Care is provided via telehealth.
Ketamine-Informed Care & Integration
For individuals who feel called to deeper inner work, I offer at-home ketamine treatment paired with structured preparation and integration support.
Ketamine can open access to emotional material, perspective shifts, and nervous system flexibility. My role is to help you move through this process safely and intentionally, with attention to:
Set, setting, and preparation
Emotional and somatic integration
Meaning-making and insight
Applying experiences to daily life
Supporting regulation before and after sessions
Ketamine is never used as a stand-alone intervention in my practice. It is always accompanied by integration work, reflective processing, and ongoing psychiatric care.
This approach is especially supportive for individuals who feel “stuck,” disconnected, or have tried many traditional treatments without meaningful relief.
What Working Together Looks Like
Our work is collaborative, trauma-aware, and paced to your nervous system.
You can expect:
A warm, grounded space where your experience is honored
Thoughtful medication management when appropriate
Somatic and emotional awareness practices
Gentle accountability and practical tools
Support in building self-trust and inner safety
A relationship-based approach rather than quick fixes
I aim to help you feel more embodied, more emotionally present, and more aligned with your authentic needs.
A Note on Fit
My practice is designed for adults who are open to a holistic, integrative approach and who value depth, reflection, and nervous system–informed care.
I currently operate on a self-pay model and work best with clients who are seeking more than symptom management alone.
If you’re curious whether we may be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.
For over 25 years, I've sought help to navigate the challenges of complex PTSD stemming from childhood trauma and, more recently, the many motions and faces of menopause. It wasn't until I met Kerry about 18 months ago that I found the kind of deeply connected and insightful therapy I had hoped for. Kerry has an extraordinary gift for making connections across time. She remembers details from months-old sessions and ties them into the current moment you're discussing, helping you see patterns and breakthroughs that would otherwise be missed.
Kerry guided me through some of my first ketamine-assisted therapy sessions, which was a transformative experience. During this process, I realized how exceptional and talented she is. Unlike any other therapist I've worked with, Kerry combines deep empathy with a profound understanding of how to guide clients through the most challenging aspects of healing. Her ability to connect, listen, and facilitate meaningful progress is unparalleled.
If you are looking for a therapist who will truly see you, actively listen to your words, and help you heal at a comfortable pace, I cannot recommend Kerry enough. She is a rare gem, and I am profoundly grateful to have found her. KD
